This policy explains how MiniPC Audit Send Email handles information when it sends private maintenance notifications for its owner.

Google Gmail access

The application uses the Google Gmail API with the gmail.send OAuth scope to send maintenance notification emails. It does not use this access to read, modify, or delete existing mailbox messages.

Credentials and messages

OAuth client credentials and tokens are intended to be stored securely on the owner's Mini PC. They are not stored by this public website. Notification messages are sent to the recipient configured by the owner and may contain operational status information needed for the notification.

Google processes email delivery through Gmail under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Operational records

The application may retain local operational records on the Mini PC for troubleshooting, as determined by its implementation. This website does not receive those records.

This website

These static information pages have no forms or analytics and do not ask visitors to submit personal information. Cloudflare may process limited request data as needed to deliver and protect the website under its own service terms and privacy practices.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's Google access through the security settings for their Google Account.
